Admission Guidelines: Rules Related to Admission
1. Admission Process
The admission process will be conducted by the committee constituted by the Principal in accordance with the rules and regulations of Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut and the Government of Uttar Pradesh. No admission shall be granted after the last admission date declared by the University.
Every applicant and their parent/guardian are advised to carefully read this prospectus before filling out the admission form. Each applicant must submit the prescribed application form along with the following documents. Incomplete application forms will not be considered.
- Three recent passport-size photographs.
- Attested copy of the mark sheet of the Qualifying Examination.
- Attested copies of the High School (10th) or equivalent examination mark sheet and certificate.
- Original Character Certificate (C.C.) and Transfer Certificate (T.C.) issued by the last institution attended (for regular students).
- Attested copy of the Caste Certificate (applicable only for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes).
- Disability Certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) (only for differently-abled applicants).
- Attested copies of NCC/NSS/Sports Certificates for claiming weightage marks, as per University rules.
- Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination as private candidates must submit the original Transfer Certificate (T.C.), Character Certificate (C.C.), and a Character Certificate covering the period during which they were not enrolled in any institution.
- If there is a gap between passing the qualifying examination and applying for admission, the applicant must submit an Affidavit along with a Character Certificate covering the gap period.
- Students promoted to the next class after passing First Year or Second Year from this college need only submit an attested copy of the qualifying mark sheet for admission to the higher class.
