About Rajkiya Mahavidyalaya, Hastinapur (Meerut)
Rajkiya Mahavidyalaya, Hastinapur (Meerut) was established by the Government of Uttar Pradesh with the objective of providing accessible, affordable, and quality higher education to the rural population. The foundation stone of the college was laid on 10 February 2021 by Hon'ble MLA Shri Dinesh Khatik under the vision of Hon'ble Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
Located in the historic and culturally significant town of Hastinapur, the college is committed to empowering students through academic excellence, moral values, discipline, and skill development. Affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, the institution offers undergraduate programmes in Arts, Science, and Commerce under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Hastinapur, renowned as the ancient capital of the Kuru Kingdom in the Mahabharata and an important pilgrimage centre for Jainism, provides an inspiring academic environment enriched by India's cultural and historical heritage.
